This a multi-level Pilates class.
Designed for a range of range of fitness levels and skills.
Pilates is a full-body workout which focuses on strengthening the core muscles, as well as increasing flexibility. This class is taught with different levels of exercises, using modifications, so beginners are welcome.
The routines are always challenging, so that you are able to progress towards your goal - a healthier and stronger you!
Small apparatus such as the Pilates Ring, Therabands, Leg Weights, Balls, and Foam Rollers are used in this class!
