Conditioning Classes - Rock Bottom

This is a low impact class. It is a total lower body toning and shaping workout in only 30 minutes. The instructor focuses on technique in order to ensure that you achieve the ultimate in total lower body conditioning.

The lower body consists of a number of areas:

    1. The Glutes - Gluteus Maximus, Gluteus Medius & Gluteus Minimus
    2. The Inner Thighs - The Adductors (Magnus, Longus, Brevis and Gracilis)
    3. The Outer Thighs - including your Quadriceps
    4. The Lower Leg - including your calf and tibialis


Walk out of this class feeling all your muscles on your way to a rock hard bottom and legs.
