BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. Por funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance.

BODYJAM™ is a 55 minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. It’s cardio fun at it’s best for those with a passion for movement. You will be burn calories, increase your fitness levels – and learn to dance better.

The group warms up with simple moves designed to work one body part at a time… shoulders… chest… hips…

From there our instructors will take you through some uncomplicated but exciting dance combinations that follow the latest music and hottest dance trends. This is the rehearsal and each rehearsal phase is followed by a complete bust out performance where you go crazy one more time!

The pace slows briefly for a mid-class recovery phase before the action builds again to a second, sky-high peak. A nice safe groovy cool down completes the show.
